Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, we offer full or partial refunds in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The order was not delivered

Please note: We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, minor packaging imperfections, or delays caused by courier services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through:

Include the following details with your request:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund requests are usually processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your claim.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank details to process a manual transfer.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.
