Hot Blue Kahwa
Step 1Heat about 200 ml of water to a warm-but-not-boiling temperature.
Step 2Add one pyramid-style tea bag.
Step 3Steep for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4Add a few drops of citrus juice to enhance the flavour and adjust the colour, if desired.
Step 5Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
Iced Blue Kahwa
Step 1Prepare the tea using the hot-brew steps above.
Step 2Let the brew cool completely.
Step 3Pour over ice.
Step 4Add fresh herbs or a splash of citrus for brightness.
