Whats Inside Ingredients
Hot Kashmiri Kahwa
Heat about 200 ml of water to a warm-but-not-boiling temperature.
Add one pyramid-style tea bag.
Steep for 3–4 minutes.
Add a few drops of citrus juice to enhance the flavour and adjust the colour, if desired.
Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
Iced Kashmiri Kahwa
Prepare the tea using the hot-brew steps above.
Let the brew cool completely.
Pour over ice.
Add fresh herbs or a splash of citrus for brightness.
